Drive HR excellence as a Human Resources Coordinator. Lead payroll processing and recruitment efforts while ensuring employee support in a flexible hybrid format.
You'll play an essential role in the HR team, focusing on administrative and project support functions. Your responsibilities will encompass timely payroll processing, coordinating recruitment for non-managerial positions, and responding to employee inquiries. This position is critical for maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for recent employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile payroll data for semi-monthly processing
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes




• Maintain up-to-date HR documentation
• Assist in various HR-related projects
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR Management or related area
• 1–3 years in HR coordination or admin roles
• 1 year of payroll experience preferred
• Familiarity with employment legislation is a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Contribute to the HR team's success by optimizing payroll and recruitment workflows, enhancing employee experiences, and supporting ongoing HR initiatives.
