- 5–7+ years of experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
- Strong hands‑on experience with Product Costing (CO-PC)
- Experience with core FICO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Material Ledger (CO-ML)

MOST SIGNIFICANT

- Experience with SAP system configuration and optimization
- Strong troubleshooting experience resolving functional SAP issues
- Experience supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system upgrades
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows within SAP
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments (Finance + IT teams)
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical issues to business users
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in Pharma or CPG manufacturing environments
- Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) or third‑party system integrations
- SAP FICO certification
- Experience supporting large‑scale SAP implementations or rollouts
- Experience creating training materials or delivering end‑user training

JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP FICO Super User (Sr. Manager level) will support Global Operations by acting as the key liaison between business users and GIS technical teams. This role focuses on optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling processes, resolving user issues, and driving system improvements across SAP modules.

This individual will provide first‑line support, troubleshoot system issues, support UAT testing, and help implement enhancements aligned with business needs. The role requires strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICO with a focus on Product Costing and integration across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, WM).

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of functional SAP expertise and business acumen, improve system adoption, and support ongoing transformation initiatives within a regulated environment.
