Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee VoC, reputation, and CSAT reporting
• Maintain taxonomy and data quality on the intelligence platform
• Monitor reputation metrics across diverse channels
• Assist with VoC function expansion and research projects
• Develop automation solutions to streamline reporting tasks
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong familiarity with Excel and BI tools like Metabase
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication for stakeholder engagement
• Automation experience such as Zapier is beneficial
