Lead VRS/VRI scheduling and operations as a Video Services Supervisor. Ensure quality service by supervising Interpreting Services Specialists and providing operational support in a remote setting.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of video interpreting services by managing daily oversight. Your responsibilities will include maintaining scheduling continuity and acting as a point of escalation for operational issues. This position requires collaboration with management to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily VRS/VRI interpreting services
• Maintain operational and scheduling continuity
• Address operational questions and concerns
• Identify potential gaps in service coverage
• Serve as both Team Lead and Deaf Interpreter
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of scheduling or administrative experience
• Previous leadership experience in operations preferred
• Native fluency in ASL and proficient English skills
• CASLI or WAVLI membership is a must
• Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities
