In this key leadership role, you will oversee the Finance and Accounting functions in Canada, driving accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting practices effectively
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close




• Provide insights for financial planning and analysis
• Develop and mentor direct reports for growth
• Collaborate with the Canadian Leadership Team
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in senior financial roles
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA preferred; proven leadership skills
• Familiarity with Excel, SAP, and OneStream
