Shape risk management as a Specialty Lines Underwriter tackling various insurance lines. Engage in policy management and broker relationships while utilizing strong analytical and negotiation skills.As an Intermediate or Senior Underwriter, you will assess and structure risks across Specialty Liability and Financial Professional lines. Your role involves accepting and managing policies, while developing long-term broker partnerships. You'll support team growth and maintain effective communication on product changes and underwriting guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Accept, reject, or renew policies per guidelines
- Build and nurture broker partner relationships
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders




- Participate in industry functions for broker development
- Review underwriting reports and provide recommendationsRequirements:
- 3+ years (Intermediate) or 5+ years (Senior) specialty lines experience
- Experience in Errors & Omissions a plus
