You'll be based out of our Richmond Hill, ON office and own a defined US territory — working directly with hospital systems, managing distribution channels, and consulting with clinical decision-makers at some of the largest health networks in the country.
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role with strong earning potential for someone who thrives in the field.
What you'll do
- Manage a US sales territory with a focus on both direct and distribution-channel sales
- Present products live to hospital stakeholders including Nurse Managers, Clinical Engineers, Respiratory Therapists, Purchasing Agents, and Project Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Designers, and Equipment Planners
- Train, recruit,
and manage regional distribution partners
- Report into a District Sales Manager with explicit performance targets
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of B2B or field sales experience
- Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing
- Comfortable consulting C-level and clinical stakeholders
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel within the US regularly
- Post-secondary education preferred
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + bonus incentives + full benefits package
