This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production equipment to ensure reliable and protected operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.Perform preventative maintenance, equipment installations, troubleshooting, and system improvements.Provide technical support for production processes, equipment, and systems.Ensure effective shift transitions through clear communication and proper hand-offs.Participate in team meetings to address operational challenges and safety concerns.Support the onboarding, training,



and development of new team members.Contribute to workplace organization and efficiency through 5S initiatives.Carry out additional duties as required.Qualifications & SkillsValid Ontario Trade Certificate – Industrial Electrician (442A) (required).Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment after obtaining the 442A licenseStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with:PLC systems knowledge (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation / Siemens / Schneider Electric / Mitsubishi ElectricVariable speed drives and motion controlsCNC controlsAutomated equipmentSolid understanding of preventative maintenance programs and practices.Dependable and professional, with strong communication and teamwork skills.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate: $35-47 per hour based on related work experienceShift premium opportunitiesStable, full-time employmentCollaborative, team-focused work environmentOpportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
