This temporary, full time position focuses on clerical and customer service support, making you integral to patient management. Your responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining essential communication with other departments, and ensuring efficient processing of tasks. With at least one year of recent clerical experience, your contribution is vital to operational success and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact for patient inquiries and assistance
• Organize and manage patient appointment schedules




• Facilitate communication with the Dietary department
• Input vital data and conduct follow-ups in Thoughtwire
• Support staffing tasks with the manager's guidance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• A diploma in Office Administration preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent clerical experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required
• Strong keyboarding skills with a typing speed of 40 wpm
