What you’ll do

- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate record keeping
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and team members globally
- Support basic marketing coordination and liaison activities (templates and guidance provided)
- Participate in weekly training and team sessions
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and operational support

This suits you if you have

- 5+ years’ professional workplace experience
- Background in coordination, administration,



operations support, HR / People support, client support, or executive-level assistance
- Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills
- Confidence engaging with professionals and leaders
