In this role, you will lead initiatives geared towards establishing a high-quality culture within the organization. Your responsibilities will include directing the Quality Strategy and embedding continuous improvement throughout processes and teams. Collaborate closely with various departments to meet and exceed quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop the organizational quality strategy and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve quality-related issues
• Coach and lead improvement efforts across the organization
• Manage ISO and related certifications effectively
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in senior quality or operational roles
• Experience leading manufacturing through transformation
• Proficiency in lean systems and Six Sigma
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel around 20% of the time
