Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite new professional lines business and renewals
• Manage brokerage plans and pricing strategies
• Negotiate renewal terms with brokers

• Apply underwriting criteria consistently
Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in professional lines underwriting
• MGA background is a plus
• Familiarity with Lloyds syndicates preferred
• Completion of CIP/CAIB/CRM or working towards it
• Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
