Key Responsibilities

- Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with sponsors, securing new and repeat partnerships for IndustryNow events.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-value leads through research and cold calling to expand our client base.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to align sponsor needs with event content, ensuring successful partnerships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for sponsors during events, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their success.

Qualifications

- Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cold Calling Experience: Expertise in making outbound calls, generating leads, and securing business.
- Account Management Experience: Strong track record in maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Ability to stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle setbacks and turn them into learning opportunities.





What Success Looks like in your First 90 Days:

- Complete structured onboarding and sales training
- Maintain consistent outbound activity and daily prospect engagement
- Demonstrate discipline, coachability, and ownership of project and campaign targets

- Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5pm
- Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
