Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining relationships, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. The role involves managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment, ensuring the store’s success.

Qualifications

- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
- Strong problem solving skills and decision‑making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized, proactive teammate who takes a hands‑on approach to all tasks
- Ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment while delivering high attention to service
- Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are an asset
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
