Engage students in Kinesiology anatomy as a Sessional Lecturer, focusing on organ systems. Deliver in-person lectures and hands-on lab experiences, emphasizing anatomical structure and function.
As a Sessional Lecturer, you will prepare and deliver lectures on thoracic, abdominal, pelvic, and nervous systems within the Kinesiology and Physical Education program. Your role includes managing asynchronous learning modules and ensuring in-class engagement through active learning. Solid teaching experience and a PhD in anatomy or a related field are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver course material in-person
• Conduct lectures and facilitate lab sessions
• Prepare tests and manage final examinations




• Supervise teaching assistants and grade assignments
• Address student inquiries and maintain contact hours
Requirements:
• PhD in anatomy or related field preferred
• Familiarity with organ systems and neuroanatomy
• University-level teaching experience required
• Mastery of subject area and evidence of teaching excellence
• Experience with asynchronous learning modules is an asset
