Position Title: Business Support Analyst Line of Business: Wealth Management Start Date: April 27, 2026 Duration: 5 Months FTE Conversion: Possible Location: Toronto (In-office once per month mandatory; additional days may be required for events/team activities) Note: This is not an IT Business Analyst role. Pay Rate: T4 - $20.92 Key Responsibilities Provide frontline operational support to internal stakeholders and end clients, ensuring a high level of service across business units Act as a subject matter expert on business processes, policies, products, and systems Analyze data and business information to generate insights and actionable recommendations Develop solutions aligned with business strategy and stakeholder requirements Support the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across teams Identify, assess, and resolve business issues using sound judgment within established guidelines Participate in and contribute to team projects, staying current on recent initiatives and process updates Deliver work with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior team members Monitor and communicate operational issues,
providing regular updates to business partners Ensure adherence to Incident Management processes Support change management activities, including execution and sustainment tasks Assist in developing and distributing communications, including writing and editing content Track metrics, milestones, and deliverables for strategic initiatives Organize and manage information to ensure data accuracy and completeness Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions Operate with a high degree of independence while contributing to broader team objectives Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Post-secondary education in a related field preferred Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid understanding of business processes, procedures, and tools Knowledge of regulatory and risk requirements and their business impact Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Effective influencing and decision-making capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
