This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market access strategies within the healthcare sector. You will craft comprehensive plans for private payer reimbursements while also addressing government affairs across Ontario and Western Canada. Expect to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to enhance reputation and accelerate product inclusion in plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop private payer strategies for reimbursement
• Negotiate listing agreements with insurers
• Engage key decision-makers in payer community




• Collaborate on evidence generation with medical affairs
• Identify access barriers and propose solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in market access or health economics
• 3+ years engaging with Canadian payers
• Robust negotiation and strategic communication skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Drive meaningful change in policy and access, championing innovative solutions for better healthcare outcomes across Canada.
