Drive initiatives focused on retention, employee experience, and data analytics through effective projects and events across a national scope.In this managerial role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to develop impactful engagement programs. Your focus will be on cultivating an inclusive culture and leveraging data-driven strategies for improving employee satisfaction. You'll conduct engagement surveys, plan key events, and support professional development efforts across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback loops
- Analyze survey data to identify improvement opportunities




- Plan and execute national employee events
- Consult on onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee HR metrics dashboards and presentationsRequirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years in managing projects
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
