We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business Analyst( French) to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to branch infrastructure, work on a large-scale network upgrade, and enhance coordination and communication skills within a major financial institution, this BA will support non-technical users, recent experience with Power BI for documentation and creating visual dashboards is critical for the role.

Working Location : Scarborough Location (Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week)

Typical Day in Role:

- Review and update branch floor plans; create station review documents in Excel, highlighting specific locations and sending to branches for validation.
- Coordinate and facilitate calls with branch contacts, Bell team, and internal BNS teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Act as Point of Contact (POC) during migration events (including evenings), ensuring smooth communication between branch and project teams for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.




- Prepare and execute pre-migration, migration, installation, and post-migration tasks.
- Clearly explain project communications and technical changes to non-technical branch contacts in plain language.
- Track employee information, create user profiles, and ensure successful WebEx registration.
- Support branch staff during removal of physical phones and transition to WebEx voice solution.
- Monitor migration progress, elevate issues promptly, and document resolutions.
- Migration events can take 4–6 hours, requiring pre-work, communication, and post-migration support.
- Ensure migration communications (timelines, instructions, FAQs) are sent to branches ahead of scheduled events.
- Validate connectivity and voice services post-migration and confirm branch readiness.

Must have skills:

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for documentation and reporting
- 5+ years of recent experience with Power BI
- Experience with infrastructure, networking, and voice services
- Previous experience with supporting end-user with migration projects.

Nice to have:

- Previous Branch experience or First Line support to branches
- Bilingual English and French
- Previous experience with project management is very nice to have.
