Become a trusted guide for homeowners on their electrification journey as a Customer Success Representative. Manage all aspects of customer interactions from initial contact to successful system installations.
This role focuses on seamless customer experiences, where you will support customers through installation preparation and help them navigate associated processes. You'll collaborate with partners to ensure all necessary assessments and upgrades are completed efficiently. Your proactive engagement will instill confidence in homeowners from the moment of sale until installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate customers through all required pre-installation steps
• Coordinate with partners for Home Energy Assessments
• Support rebate and loan application processes
• Facilitate HOA and strata approval interactions
• Track project milestones in the CRM system
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in Customer Success or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational capabilities in quick-paced settings
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Interest in clean energy and helping customers
