A leading electrical manufacturing company in Peel Region, Ontario, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist. This role will lead training initiatives that enhance workforce capability and support operational performance. Responsibilities include developing structured onboarding programs, implementing Training Within Industry (TWI) methodologies, and ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. A comprehensive advantages package is offered.
