In this senior role, you will manage a team of technicians engaged in fermentation and production activities, ensuring adherence to cGMP regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of seed cultures and documenting detailed processes, along with monitoring production data for quality assurance. Engaging in equipment maintenance and process improvement initiatives will also be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fermentation team and daily schedules
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and complete documentation




• Direct preparation of seed cultures and media
• Monitor batch production and perform analytical tests
• Generate reports and conduct SPC analysis
Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience required
• Diploma in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioengineering
• Solid knowledge of fermentation principles
• Mechanical skills and computer familiarity
• Leadership skills are paramount
