Lead warehouse activities as a skilled Warehouse Lead. Focus on coordinating operations, training staff, and maintaining safety and productivity standards in a dynamic setting.
In this permanent full time role, you will supervise daily warehouse functions, ensuring optimal product handling and safety compliance. Collaborating with upper management, your efforts will streamline operations and enhance employee performance. You will also resolve any issues that might arise to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily receiving, selection, and loading processes
• Guide team members with training and safety compliance
• Manage order fulfillment and investigate variances
• Conduct employee performance observations
• Resolve operational conflicts and challenges
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience
• Valid Forklift license an asset, PIV certification required
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
