Base pay range

CA$95,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a background as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician, to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment. This position requires expertise in automation, preventative maintenance, and equipment optimization to ensure seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery and automated systems in a high-speed production setting.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance machine performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and part inventories.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, upgrades,



and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Electrician certification is required.
- Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a robust focus on automation.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary Range: 95-105K + overtime & bonus
