What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Publish and operationalize internal and external communications, including advisories, changelogs, and blog posts
- Act as the final gatekeeper for communication quality, performing rigorous QA on HTML and links
- Own the communications calendar to ensure timely delivery and balanced scheduling
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements based on performance data
- Manage and optimize the GTM Comms Airtable, producing reports that surface meaningful insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in communications operations, program management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Proficiency with Airtable, including base design and reporting
- Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in outgoing communications
- Experience setting up and deploying HTML-based campaigns in Twilio SendGrid or similar ESPs
