In this senior role, you'll collaborate with teams to establish SLOs, shape capacity plans, and maintain the reliability of the storage layer. Your expertise will directly impact customer workloads and contribute to a multi-year roadmap. The role can be based remotely in Canada or from our Toronto or Montreal offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain multi-tenant distributed storage systems
• Ensure reliability through resilient and fault-tolerant services
• Configure metrics for incident detection and service health




• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for infrastructure issues
• Optimize infrastructure performance from application to kernel
Requirements:
• 6+ years in software development and distributed systems
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with stateful storage or database systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Familiar with containerization technologies like Kubernetes
