Lead mill maintenance operations as a Supervisor. Optimize equipment availability and ensure safety through effective mechanical maintenance leadership in a residential or FIFO role.
This position involves managing the mill maintenance team to ensure productive and continuous operation. You will be responsible for mechanical services, predictive maintenance, and developing short- and long-term maintenance plans. Strong leadership is essential as you guide tradespersons and manage maintenance backlogs while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical services for the process plant
• Implement corrective actions for maintenance variances
• Ensure compliance with maintenance programs




• Work with planning for scheduling maintenance
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in an industrial setting required
• Technical Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Technology
• Familiarity with inventory control systems
• Comprehension of technical drawings and manuals
• Proficient with computerized maintenance systems
