Drive print production initiatives as a proactive Print Production Lead in a creative agency. Oversee projects from inception to completion while fostering relationships and ensuring efficient communication across teams.
Your role will include liaising with internal teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. You’ll also communicate with vendors and handle all aspects of project management, including creating job specs, timelines, and estimates for effective planning. Maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be critical to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee print projects across creative and account teams
• Maintain communications with vendor partners for deliverables
• Work internally on XMPie project development




• Generate job specifications and budget estimates
• Build strong relationships within the organization
Requirements:
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Adaptable and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Experience in XMPie is beneficial
• Background in advertising or marketing preferred
