What You’ll Do

- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest selection, etc.).
- Correctly document and label all orders through understanding and interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑productive manner while still maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service,



supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards; maintain a clean workspace, promptly clean spills and debris, keep totes void of debris before packing; operate material handling equipment safely, completing all pre‑inspection checks before use; exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes, including but not limited to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
