In this role, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to oversee all food and beverage service areas, including the restaurant, lounge, room service, and function rooms, while mentoring teams, refining service standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences every day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Playing a key role in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating all front-line F&B; team members
- Leading by example and setting the standard for service, professionalism, and teamwork
- Coaching, developing, and managing the performance of supervisors and restaurant leadership
- Ensuring consistent, prompt, and friendly service across all dining areas and functions
- Maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor—connecting with guests and supporting staff
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace where people can do their best work
- Managing beverage inventory, ordering, and menu collaboration with the General Manager
- Working closely with Hotel Front Office, Group Sales, Payroll, and other departments
- Supporting menu costing, payroll processes, scheduling, and operational planning
- Representing Banff Lodging Company in a way that enhances its brand and reputation
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support operational success
