We are currently seeking a Central Services Representative to join our team remotely.

The Central Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, coordinating the intake process for a broad range of health or social service programs. This role ensures timely and accurate triage, data entry, and referral of inquiries to appropriate departments or service providers.

What you’ll be doing:

- Patients Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or electronic systems with professionalism and empathy.
- Intake Processing: Collect and verify patient information, referral details, and service requirements.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input data into the client management system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate service initiation.
- Compliance: Ensure all intake procedures comply with organizational policies, privacy regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Problem Resolution:



Identify and escalation issues or barriers to service in a timely manner.

What you bring:

- Fluency in a second language would be considered an asset.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, such as working in a clinic or as a Patient Care Coordinator.
- Knowledge of sleep disorders, particularly sleep apnea, understanding of polysomnography (sleep studies) and CPAP therapy
- A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic.
- A team‑first mindset and a solutions‑focused approach.
- Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service.
- Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided).
