This role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for users and system administration responsibilities. Your focus will include maintaining, configuring, and monitoring IT infrastructure daily. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
• Install and maintain workstations and peripheral devices
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365




• Assist with server maintenance and system performance monitoring
• Document solutions in the IT knowledge base
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
• Interest in System Administrator progression
