We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team, working closely with senior brokers and contributing to account management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management of a large commercial and personal lines book of business.
- Deliver excellent customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and endorsements.
- Collaborate closely with a senior broker to learn best practices in client relationship management and sales.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply critical thinking to solve problems, anticipate client needs, and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset (sales or service).
- RIBO or OTL (optional)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives with minimal supervision.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
