To manage a portfolio of projects at various stages of the development cycle. The portfolio is typically comprised of high density mixed‑use residential developments located within the GTA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead a team of project consultants to execute the target submission requirements.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate development approvals and obtain building permits.
- Assist in project budgeting and maintain process tracking.
- Assist in feasibility analysis and due diligence for current site acquisition.
- Perform additional tasks as may be required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of high‑rise residential development experience.
- University undergraduate degree in urban planning/business/architecture/engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly personable with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of personalities.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
