In this pivotal role, you will lead the Master Data Management (MDM) function and support an Analyst/Specialist. Your focus will be on establishing data governance standards and managing item setup processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, IT, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of MDM Analyst/Specialist(s)
• Manage creation and maintenance of product master data
• Implement data governance standards and procedures




• Oversee item lifecycle management and standardization
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments
Requirements:
• Expertise in master data management and governance
• Experience with retail ERP systems and MDM platforms
• Solid SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of product hierarchies and SKU attributes
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
