Associate HR & OD will report to Director, HR & OD and also support the HR Business Partner in areas relating to the HR operations and assist in maintaining HR strategy and additionally working with the HR team on current projects to enhance the level of HR & OD services provided to the Bank.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist the onboarding/pre-onboarding of new employees; off-boarding of terminated employees; probation appraisal administration; organization chart update
- Perform required responsibilities in employee relations and engagement
- Assist the HR team in maintaining policies and guidelines governed by the HR & OD; maintaining the mandates and job descriptions of the Bank on a regular basis.
- Assist in all Data management and reporting relating to HR that will include preparing and coordinating regular reporting related to area of work to Parent Bank and regulatory bodies as required
- Assist with preparing reports and materials for the Board of Directors relating to headcount, turnover, etc
- Assist in HR operations that will include Payroll Administration
- Assist in HRIS and dashboard maintenance
- Support the HR team for payment/ settlement of all invoices relating to HR and related services.
- Assist in any new projects and initiatives taken on by the department and the Bank as required
- Assist the HR team in any other projects/ work related to HR.
Job Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR
Work Experience Requirements: 3-5 years
- Preference for candidate who has work experience in the field of HR
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid computer skills and advanced excel skills are a must
- Good organizational and communication skills to manage workload, communicate with teams and effective assist
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Great organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Remains adaptable to withstand unpredictable changes to schedule and deadlines
