Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full cycle A/R and A/P operations
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
• Manage collections and monitor billing processes
• Handle payroll for a team of six employees
• Coordinate office management tasks and supplies
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping is mandatory
• 3+ years with Sage 50/Simply Accounting required
• Background in contractor or distribution sectors preferred
