Drive impactful go-to-market plans as a Product Marketing Manager. Leverage product insights and marketing execution strategies to empower Workplace Benefits & Retirement business initiatives.
This is a temporary full time position focused on executing marketing strategies for new and enhanced products. You will translate product and customer insights into compelling messaging and effective positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Digital, and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches
• Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks
• Document launch strategies and success measures




• Apply market insights to inform campaign strategies
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize efforts
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Experience in product marketing for regulated industries
• Strong analytical skills using digital analytics
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Elevate product marketing initiatives by translating insights into strategies that resonate deeply with plan sponsors and advisors.
