Enhance employee experiences as a People Operations Specialist. Oversee HR operations, navigate the employee lifecycle, and actively contribute to office culture while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
This fixed-term role requires managing end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes. You'll act as an expert in the HR platform HiBob, generate actionable insights, and lead specific workstreams within People Operations projects. Your contributions will greatly support a vibrant workplace culture while ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle operations
• Own and execute employment documentation securely
• Ensure HiBob platform integration and data accuracy




• Present reports and insights to stakeholders
• Support execution of strategic People Operations initiatives
Requirements:
• 4–5 years experience in People Operations or HR
• Proficient with HRIS systems; HiBob preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Skilled HR certification is a plus
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives
