This position involves comprehensive project management with a team of architects and engineers. Your leadership will guide project progress, quality assurance, and adherence to budgets. Your financial acumen will be crucial to monitor performance and forecast revenue while liaising effectively with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Develop detailed work plans for multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality assurance in construction drawings
• Negotiate solutions for scope changes
• Act as primary client liaison and maintain relationships
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of project management experience
• Solid understanding of project accounting
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in public projects is beneficial
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
Lead and manage diverse teams to ensure successful project realization in the public sector.
