Job Description
The Senior management of the Operations Team is seeking an Analyst Strategy and Governance to ensure follow-up of the operation’s strategic initiatives and key performance indicators. This role works closely with senior management and is involved in the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives, consolidating information, and influencing the quality and standardization of deliverables to prepare material for the senior management team.
Responsibilities
- Leadership in governance: Promote effective governance within the vice‑presidency of operations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the master plan and key performance indicators.
- Executive communication: Create clear and concise documentation and presentations for the operations management executive team.
- Guide and influence the management team by fostering alignment toward common strategic objectives.
- Collect and analyze multi‑site and multifunctional data to support the development and implementation of strategies that build a strong and sustainable organization.
- Innovation leadership:
Lead or support the development of cutting-edge tools and reports to improve data analysis and communication of results and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, administration, or related discipline. Master’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
- Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management or related discipline. Experience at Bombardier, in the business aircraft or aviation industries is preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills; assertive, results‑oriented, and demonstrated leadership.
- Stakeholder management: Proven experience in managing and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders in a large organization and across multi‑sites.
- Communication: Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executives, with discretion in handling highly confidential matters.
- Candidate must be bilingual.
