Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care planning collaboratively with team members
• Maintain accurate documentation via computerized systems
• Offer mentorship to new nursing professionals




• Contribute to project teams or hospital committees
• Oversee resources and team leadership roles
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years in acute care or senior services
• Current BCLS certification or equivalent
• Proficient critical thinking and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with community health resources
