We have a strong operational foundation and are actively applying AI across our business to improve performance, reduce waste, and support better decision-making at every level.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an AI Integration Specialist with hands-on experience applying AI in an operational or manufacturing setting. This role sits within our manufacturing department and focuses on embedding AI into day-to-day operations.You will work across production, quality, maintenance, scheduling, and other functions to identify opportunities, support deployments, and help build the internal capability needed to sustain AI-driven improvements over time. Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will play a key role in how we work and how we improve.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifying OpportunitiesWork with operational teams to identify where AI can reduce downtime, improve quality, and increase efficiencyAnalyze production data, workflows, and pain points to prioritize high-value AI use casesBuild straightforward business cases for proposed AI initiatives and present them to leadershipStay informed on relevant AI tools, platforms, and industry applicationsSupporting AI DeploymentCoordinate the deployment of AI solutions across predictive maintenance, quality inspection, production scheduling, and operational analyticsWork with Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure new tools integrate with existing ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLC systemsManage pilots through to full deployment, tracking outcomes and making adjustments along the wayBuilding Internal CapabilityTrain operators, supervisors,



and managers on AI-enabled workflows in a way that is practical and easy to followDevelop SOPs and reference materials that support ongoing useSupport a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams understand and apply AI tools confidentlyData & ReportingEnsure operational data is properly captured, structured, and accessible for AI applicationsBuild dashboards and reporting that give teams useful, timely informationEstablish basic data governance practices to maintain model accuracy over timeVendor & Partner ManagementEvaluate and manage relationships with AI software vendors and system integratorsOversee pilot programs and hold partners accountable to agreed outcomesEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirementsQUALIFICATIONSExperience3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment, with direct involvement in AI or advanced analytics projectsExperience supporting or leading AI adoption in an operational setting — someone who understands what it takes to go from pilot to sustained, everyday useBackground in building materials, construction products, or process manufacturing is an assetBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of manufacturing systems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLCsFamiliarity with AI and machine learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorchExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzureComfortable with data analysis and visualizationProgramming ability in Python or equivalent is an assetSoft SkillsClear communicator — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesCollaborative and comfortable working across multiple departmentsPractical problem-solver with a focus on outcomes over processAble to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving production environmentHOW SUCCESS IS MEASUREDReduction in unplanned downtimeImprovements in yield, quality, and consistencyCost savings from AI-supported process improvementsSuccessful launch and sustained use of AI tools across the operationGrowing confidence and adoption of AI tools among operational teamsWe thank all applicants for their interest.
