Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst is a member of S&C;’s HR Technology team. The team analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs, designs new or modifies existing HR technology solutions, and is responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS). The analyst supports people data, recommends new or modified HR technology solutions, and participates in various HR projects.

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $72,710 - $96,343.40 .
Responsibilities
Supporting Modules
This role focuses on supporting Oracle HCM Cloud CORE modules, including Journeys, HCM Communicate and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Coordinate day‑to‑day maintenance of the HRIS to ensure smooth and efficient system operation.
- Customize and configure the system based on HR and organizational requirements.
- Support system upgrades and implementation of new HRIS modules or features for a seamless transition.
- Document, implement, and optimize HRIS processes, training materials, and standard work for end users and other administrators.
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics, perform diagnostic tests, and identify technical problems.
- Generate and analyze reports using HRIS data and provide insights into workforce trends and performance metrics.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and application issues.
- Provide training to HR professionals and end‑users on effective use of HR systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the HRIS with other organizational systems.
- Consult with HR colleagues and other departments to determine HRIS needs and recommend changes for new or modified HR technology solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and data validation activities and implement measures to safeguard sensitive employee information.
- Maintain data integrity and oversee the accuracy, security, and efficiency of recording and storing HR data.
- Understand and comply with all applicable company policies and rules.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Attend in‑person or virtual meetings as requested or required.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with others.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in another related role.
- Proficiency in HRM software such as Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, and PurelyHR.
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills facilitating collaboration with diverse subject matter experts.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities in providing technical support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in database management and security,
including running and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Proactive in keeping up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS analysis.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting data.
- Broad knowledge of HR programs and needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query, etc., in Excel.
