Responsibilities

- Assist Manager with daily store operations and leading junior staff.
- Assist Manager with training and supervision of employees.
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and sales.
- Processing transactions, assisting with inventory control, ordering product, pricing and merchandising product.
- Operate point‑of‑sales (POS) systems, inventory software, MI9, JDE, Outlook, Microsoft Office and actively support keeping merchandise secure.
- Ongoing housekeeping to present a clean, well‑merchandised department.
- Able to do heavy lifting and use of ladders.
- A desire and ability to work with the public.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Looking for an experienced retail skilled with a passion for fashion and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in the profession of selling clothing, footwear and accessories to the public.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Must be proficient with technology.
- Must be willing to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and weekday shifts.
