Our client is a well-established commercial property owner and manager with a long-standing presence in the Vancouver market. With a diversified portfolio of office assets, they are known for a hands-on approach, professional standards, and a cooperative in-office culture. As the business continues to invest in its portfolio and leasing activity, they are looking to bring on a long-term team member to support both property operations and leasing initiatives from their downtown office.
Your new role
This is a broad and evolving Property & Leasing Administrator position that splits time between property administration and leasing and marketing support.
- Managing day-to-day property administration, including correspondence, work orders, access cards, and tenant records
- Supporting property operations by coordinating with building operations and responding to tenant inquiries, primarily via email
- Preparing leasing documentation, including offers to lease, lease agreements, renewals, surrenders, and terminations
- Coordinating and updating all vacant space listings, including floor plans, virtual tours, and operating cost details
- Taking ownership of leasing and marketing activity, including website updates, email marketing, and LinkedIn content
- Supporting and, over time, conducting leasing tours as required,
working alongside the senior leasing lead.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payables within Yardi
- Maintaining organized records, databases, and internal systems
- Assisting with general office administration and front-of-house responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in commercial property management or commercial leasing
- Strong administrative foundation with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on Yardi experience is critical.
- Comfort working in an in-office, front-facing role
- Strong written communication skills with confidence engaging tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Interest in leasing, marketing, and taking ownership of vacant space presentation
- Commercial mindset with professionalism and attention to detail
