As the Senior Education Director, you’ll lead the operation of an inclusive adult education center. This position demands strong leadership, teaching experience, and a commitment to enhancing literacy and numeracy. Responsibilities include program management, budget preparation, and development of individualized learning plans, keeping student needs as the priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization and efficiency of center operations
• Monitor and improve educational offerings based on learner needs
• Develop and submit financial and statistical reports
• Teach senior courses and manage educational material
• Support and mentor teaching staff and assistants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with Manitoba Teaching Certificate eligibility
• Established background in adult education or advanced studies
• Robust understanding of relevant educational legislation
• Proven communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Previous experience in administration and program planning preferred
