About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized retail and brand‑driven organization as a Project Manager, Rand Retail Operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between brand vision and in‑store execution, bringing retail experiences to life from concept through to delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Retail Marketing, Store Design, and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless project execution.

You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand in both direct‑to‑consumer and partner retail environments. This is a highly collaborative, rapid‑paced environment where your ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders will directly impact how the brand shows up in physical spaces.

Your Responsibilities

- You’ll lead multiple retail projects from creative concept through to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver branded experiences for new store openings and renovations
- You’ll manage incoming requests from retail partners and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- You’ll oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive efficient delivery
- You’ll build strong relationships across teams and provide updates to ensure visibility and alignment
- You’ll partner with external vendors to coordinate production and delivery of retail materials

Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in project management or execution‑focused roles
- 2+ years of experience in retail or a consumer brand environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting
- Experience working with creative teams and external production vendors
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Box.com
