Lead the execution of an impactful Equity Program as a Senior Project Manager in a hybrid work setting. Focus on implementing strategies for value creation and program governance.
This Senior Project Manager will report to the PMO Manager and play a crucial role in delivering program initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support initiative sponsors in strategy development, resource planning, and governance. The ideal candidate has project management skills, technical know-how, and preferably experience within financial services and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align initiatives with corporate strategy and objectives
• Support project prioritization and communicate progress
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaboration




• Plan and coordinate project resources proactively
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Knowledge of predictive and waterfall delivery methods
