Hands‑On Support & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Actively support warehouse operations during peak periods, including unloading trucks, picking, packing, or other tasks as required
- Step into different functions to support team needs and maintain operational flow
- Promote a culture where teamwork and adaptability are prioritized across all departments
- Collaborate closely with Receiving, VAS, Returns, and Inventory teams to ensure alignment
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate system transactions within WMS/ERP systems
- Track and report on KPIs including order accuracy, productivity, and on‑time shipping
